2. Scope of Service

Alpine Transfer Group provides an online booking platform for private and shared transfers. The platform allows customers to obtain quotes, make bookings, and receive confirmations for transfer services operated by Haute Pursuit SARL or its approved partners.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings made through our system are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Payments are processed securely through our designated payment providers.
• Full payment or deposit terms are displayed at the time of booking.
• Any additional services requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancellations to bookings according to the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Responsibilities

• We take reasonable care to ensure that transfer services operate as described.
• We are not liable for delays or service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and being ready at the confirmed pickup time.

6. SMS & Communication Policy

As part of our service, we may send informational text messages related to your booking (for example: confirmations, updates, or reminders). These messages are sent via our communication provider, Twilio, and are subject to their carrier and compliance requirements.

Opt-in

By providing your mobile number and completing a booking, you consent to receive text messages from Alpine Transfer Group regarding your active or upcoming transfers. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS without explicit consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your booking activity. Typically, you will receive one or more messages per booking to confirm, update, or remind you about your transfer.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge any additional fees for SMS notifications.

Opt-out

You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-opt in during a future booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Annecy, France.
